These Mobile Terms and Conditions govern (i) the receipt of text messages to enroll in QULIPTA (atogepant) Complete, to opt into QULIPTA Texts, and to assess eligibility for the QULIPTA Complete Savings Card; and (ii) the receipt of text messages as part of the QULIPTA Complete support program after enrollment (should you opt in to receive them). By texting “Enroll” to 785478, you agree to receive instructions on how to enroll in QULIPTA Complete; instructions on how to opt into support messages; and instructions on how to receive a QULIPTA Complete Savings Card. You understand that you will complete the process entirely by text message. You can stop the process by texting “STOP” and obtain assistance with the process by texting "HELP". Message and data rates may apply, and the number of messages you receive as part of the process will depend on your responses.
If you opt in during the process, you will also receive QULIPTA Texts via text message to your mobile device. Messages will be sent using automated technology on a recurring basis. You can unsubscribe from these support messages at any time by texting "STOP". Assistance can be received by texting "HELP".

There is no fee charged by QULIPTA Texts to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply–this can be confirmed with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account. Consent is not a requirement for purchase.
We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

QULIPTA may affect the way other medicines work, and other medicines may affect how QULIPTA works. Your healthcare provider may need to change the dose of QULIPTA when taken with certain other medicines.
The most common side effects of QULIPTA are nausea, constipation, and fatigue. These are not all the possible side effects of QULIPTA.

QULIPTA (atogepant) is a prescription medicine used for the preventive treatment of episodic migraine in adults.
